
My father used to say, “Chuck doesn’t do anything in halves.” He was right: sometimes its a virtue and sometimes a curse. He and my mother taught me to cook, sometimes using cookbooks, like Julia Child's, but more frequently just winging it. Soom Tahini
Sesame seeds ground into a paste. Simple. It is a healthy, basic ingredient typically used in hummus and can be used on vegetables, salads, and meats. I found a great product made in Philly by a company called SOOM. Only problem is that it is kind of expensive buying it through Amazon. So I contacted the company and arranged to purchase it in bulk quantities at a much, much cheaper price. It will be in the office soon for sale.
