​Marinated ChickenWings




20 to 30 chicken wings
2/3 cup soy sauce
Four cloves garlic minced
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard

Place wings in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. bake in roasting pan with liquid at 325°for 1 1/2 hours. For extra crispness, broil during last three minutes of cooking time. This recipe can easily be doubled depending on what you need.

Can be served with coleslaw.
